The terms of the contract are as follows:
Venue:
The Gallery ballroom at level 2
Minimum 20 tables
Date:
Any date in 2018 based on availability
Wedding show promotion
- 5% off package price
Dining
- 8 course Chinese cuisine
- Complimentary food tasting for a table of 10 guests
Beverages
- Welcome mocktail, crackers with homemade dips served during reception
- Assorted soft drinks and chinese tea throughout the event for up to 4 hours
- Free flow of draught beer for 4 hours
- Free flow of house wines for 4 hours
- A bottle of sparkling wine for toasting
Decorations
- Elegant wedding theme with floral table centerpieces and 6 aisle stands
- Exclusively designed wedding invitation cards based on 70% of guaranteed guest
- Unique selection of wedding favours
- A specially designed model wedding cake
- Personalised guest signature book
- Wedding token box
- Choice of bubbles or smoke effect for march in
