Travel Insurance for Honeymoon

Hi everyone!

If I may ask, did you purchase travel insurance when you went on a honeymoon? Is it really necessary?

Pls share your thoughts. Thanks!

i suppose no harm getting one travel insurance...always good to haf some assurance....the cost i believe will vary depending on the place(s) tht u and your partner are going to.

yup i did get it, usually for any trips i also will get. it's not "necessary" but just in case anything happens, then have some assurance.. i usually get the dbs travel insurance cos convenient for me, and easier to claim.

the kind of benefits you get from travel insurance really depends on the type of package you purchase..

well, me and my husband got this luggage loss package and the health package ( i dont know what the exact terms are, but that's what they're for). And it did helped us a lot because my husband's luggage did not arrive with us. The crew said it was loaded to another plane. the insurance helped us retrieve the luggage, and if it wasnt retrieved, the insurance will help us reimburse and get discounted items to replace our lost belongings. travel insurance really covers your bases in times of emergency...

Ya, I think.It is very important for the security of your travelling and your all necessary things.I also agree to the views of aprilfoo who says that insurance covers your bases in emergency.
