i dont think they have an official website, they outsource their marketing to real estate companies to handle. couldn't find their officlal website too.

usually, for a development to have zero west-facing units, the blocks are all N-S facing. with the 3 blocks being angularly placed, there will inevitably be some units being exposed to the west.

saw the price from news:
The indicative prices for the units - S$375,000 to S$470,00 for a 3-room flat, S$530,000 to S$650,00 for a 4-room unit, and S$658,00 to S$770,000 for a 5-room flat.

Anyone got the queue no.? share more info pls.. got my ballat queue no.. my queue is 900+, two of my friends got 1200+ & 1400+.. gosh got so many people apply this dbss flat!!

nowadays prices going higher and higher. seeing the trend it seems that prices will never go down, only higher and units becoming smaller.
