from my experience they hardly have all of them together at a time la. I sign up for my pre wedding photos during natas fair with a taiwan bridal shop last year.
if you want to see all this fair you might like to take note the event from suntec and expo they have it most of the time. some of them sign thiers like at tampanies mall or vivo city or marina square

the next NATAS fair will be on 26 - 28 Aug 2011 Expo Halls 4B,5 & 6. 10ama - 930pm, admission Adults $4.
I sign mine at NATAS fair last year errrr mine do come with a package with air tickets and accomodation but then you dun have a choice of what airline they choose for you and further more you have to tell them much earlier when you want to go over for shooting so that they can do early booking. In the end i did not want them to book for me so they remove $700 frm the package.
I am not sure about those Singapore Bridal Studio package for overseas pre wedding photo shoot but from what I rememeber, from this forum most of their pacakge does not include air tickets and accomodation.
