best way to find out is to check it with raffles hotel itself rather than guessing...

I asked Raffles hotel before, they mention that you need to book their wedding banquets then can take pictures in their hotel.

As my HTB normally have crush with the weather, we choose mostly indoor instead of outdoor.
My local pre wed is taken at changi airport, emerald hill and shangri-la sentosa. Ann Siang Hill looks gd as well.
