Wedding vows

Instead of saying "I do" and "I will", what else will you say when exchanging vows? Kinda need ideas :S

My JP send me a list of vows that I can add on to! Instead of saying "I do" and "I will" I got something in mind, like "I will be your support, your best friend... blah blah blah blah"

ohhh i see. i think the vows that we have to memorize is long enuff already! so afraid i will forget them on the day itself, being so nervous and such.
and i still like "i Do" the most. super short, but encompasses so much, carries so much weight!

True. I forgotten that there's a traditional one! My JP actually gimme a list of vows and told me that I can customerized it for a more personal touch

the vows are written on paper and you just have to read them loud. There should not be a need to use our brain to memorize them unless your version of vows are personalized.

I've heard really interesting personalized vows like "After today, it's no longer iPhone but a WePhone" etc etc... If you are writing your own personalized vows, it doesn't have to memorized; you can write them on a piece of paper for you to read out on your big day. don't really want the additional stress from needing to memorize!

I made my own vow and my partner did the same with his. The important part is to add the "I do" part in the end.

I believe the "I do" part is the standard way of saying it...
