Which hotels have the best serving food?

Anyone has any ideas which hotels have both nice food and moderate ambient?

hello seankin, most hotels ive been to have orange lights which sets a romantic ambience. You should go to hotel showcases to take a look. Shortlist based on your price range through the banquet price lists here: http://www.perfectweddings.sg/forums/wedding-banquet-price-list/ then look out for those hotel showcases and see the ballrooms.

I recommend Carlton Hotel for good food - by Wah Lok..cant really go wrong IMO =)

I'm not able to select Carlton Hotel as my friend is holding his wedding there, near my expected date too .... So, considering about Regent/Traders/Copthorne Kings/Orchard Parade ... what else ... Kinda confused !! Please help

I would suggest Sheraton
