Hi all BTBs,
I am selling my wedding dinner package from Goodwood Park Hotel, Windsor Ballroom. The date is 17 Oct 2015 (very good and auspicious date). Our banquet manager Ivy is extremely nice and patient, but due to some changes to my wedding plans, I had to hold the wedding this year instead of next.
Unlike other hotels which launch their wedding packages from 1 Jan - 30 Dec each year, the wedding package from Goodwood Park hotel run from 1 Oct - 30 September each year. Thus our usual package price was $1568++. However, for our particular case, we managed to convince the banquet manager to sell us $1468++ (wedding package price from 1 Oct 2014 - 30 Sep 2015). So if you buy our package, you get to save approx. $2500!! (min 25 tables)

We also managed to get additional perks through the wedding show (Goodwood Park is extremely inflexible with perks so these are offered only if purchased during wedding shows). From what I understand, most 2015 dates including Oct are all taken up already as the hotel is super popular and has only 2 ballrooms.
Wedding show perks:
Complimentary dessert table which includes 100 pieces of Eclairs, Mini cupcakes, and tartlets with one 2-tier real wedding cake worth $888++ during pre-event cocktail reception (this will supersede 100 pieces of canapes in the basic package)
You can also choose 2 from the below perks:
Additional 1 barrel of 30L beer
Additional 1 bottle of wine per confirmed table
Additional 5% complimentary car passes
01 Night stay in Deluxe room for coordinators
We have paid 25% deposit of $10,799 and willing to give 1K discount. This is really a good deal as you get 2014 package price with additional perks and some discount to the package =p
By the way, Windsor ballroom is big and pillar-less with straight march-in! This is one of the reasons why we chose the ballroom... but it is a pity that we can't use it anymore... hope to sell to interested and sincere parties only.
