hi Ad2013, Sheraton is having their wedding show next Fri..you can register and go for it to check out their food and ballrooms..

No, I am not holding any room, you enjoy.. 
i got my package at $1388++ per table.not much of freebies but we are ok with whatever that were included....

Hi, I wanted to share my experience in this as well. The lady who attended to us recently was not really experienced, neither was she friendly or outspoken. She didn't seemed interested to explain package details with us, not forgetting that she hardly has a smile on her face (felt like we owed her something) and was always looking at her watch. Met her twice and same unhappy outcome received. In one of the occasions, we stayed back to drink at the lounge and noted that she was happily entertaining another couple for over an hour that the other couple looked way too bored while she barely spent 30 mins with us! Perhaps it's because we are having an intimate wedding event. I always favored this hotel because of Li Bai restaurant and had thought this is the hotel we can depend on, but looks like not. I'm glad I decided to ditch this hotel. I don't fancy hotels who treats their potential clients unequally. Neither should you. My 3 cents.

I totally agree with the service. I went there recently. She seems to disinterested to share more.
Also, most hotels are having their wedding show promotions, but she mentioned that it was the management's choice to release the promos only on the wedding show day. She show no interest in checking things out for us- she basically shut us off with "management's choice".
My hubby and I liked the venue so much that we can confirm the package right away but the service of the coordinator really turned us off. What a waste!

I had my wedding back in Dec 2012 and my wedding coordinator was Lynnette Koh. I am not sure if she is still employed there but our lunch banquet @ Sheraton Towers Hotel was a smooth bliss and they executed professionally for the most important day of our lives. Every detail was taken care of from the beginning to the end which made us feel at ease and peace of mind. We did not have to worry about which step to take next as the actual day banquet manager and service staff is always ready to advise us and attend to our needs. We really felt like the star of the day. The banquet food from Li Bai Restaurant were delicious. My guests commented positively on the quality and quantity of the food-especially the Canadian Cod Fish (the highlight of the banquet) and the Taro Yam Paste which is not too sweet and tasted just well. We didn't had any doubt and were confident that we will not be disappointed of our choice of hotel.
