i got my package at $1388++ per table.not much of freebies but we are ok with whatever that were included....

Hi jazpy, I understand that tables seat 12. Was the food sufficient and nice for your wedding? Thank you if you can reply.

Hi,

Sheraton states that its minimum tables is 30.

We are very keen on the hotel but would only need 26-27 tables. We do not want to purposely try to make up for the other 3-4 tables.

Anyone has any experience on whether sheraton will accommodate to for payment of a minimum of 27-28 tables?
We actually have spoken to one of their coordinators at a recent wedding fair, and we were disappointed that they strictly cannot accept anything less than 30 tables.
We found it quite inflexible, especially when the shortfall is just 2-3 tables.

Hi! I just had my wedding banquet last 2 weeks at Mandarin Orchard. All my guest commented their food is nice. My wedding banquet manager, Ms. Ivah also very good. She is very helpful and responded to my request promptly.

Hi lif3water, I believe you are looking at Sat? Who's ur sales co?

I do agree their min table booking is quite strict.
They have 1 of the high-ceiling (thou the other half is low), pillarless ballroom with award-winning restaurant, I guess these are the reason why they are popular.

If you are looking at Fri or Sun, i think they may be able to reduce 1 or 2 tables.
Another note, they are strict on their perks too. Most of the extras other hotel provides as freebies, they charge.

Nevertheless, I still had my booking with them, a year in adv.

Hi all

Planning to hold my wedding at Sheraton next year, but just to meet up with their coordinators, I'm having a hard time already. Firstly, they are fully booked on weekends, and when they are finally free, its during working hours before 6pm. I have to keep calling them to fix a timeslot as they are not prompt in replies and seem uninterested to accommodate. Not flexible in their perks as well and with their current package there are so many things we need to pay extra for. Looking at other hotels as well, and they were more accommodating or would at least 'try' to help us in getting our perks.. Should I proceed with them (Sheraton) if I feel that they are hard to work with? Hope to hear some advice!
