My HTB and I just had our photoshoot last week at Taiwan, Cingjing and Mo Neng Hua Yuan. We are extremely happy with the entire process and the outcome of the photos.
We bought the package for PS at Plaza Singapura last year after doing some research about photoshoot. We were worried about a number of things at first before taking the photos. Like, whether will it rain, will we be able to choose gowns that we like and etc. Maggie gave us a lot of assurance and therefore we signed up with them.
Fast forward to the our experience at Taiwan, we reached the Bluebay shop at Taipei on a Sat afternoon. Vivi explained the photoshoot process and checked if we would like to have an extra day of photoshoot at Mo Neng Hua Yuan so that we will have more scenes. We took up her suggestion and we did not regret at all.
After much discussion, we proceed to choose the gowns at their office. Joan, who was assigned to help me in choosing the gowns, did a terrific job! We were there for 3 -4 hrs? She was really friendly and helpful. The gowns were then passed to the alteration lady. She altered all 5 gowns to my size in less than 10 mins!
The next day was the photoshoot and we were told to reach their office at 9am. Kennie, my make up artist, did my makeup and assured me that I will look natural on the photos as i have never put on such thick make up before.
Throughout the photoshoot, the photographer, Dolby, and lighting technician , Ah Wei, made us laughed so much. While Kennie was changing my hairstyle, Dolby went to explore the venue for the next photoshoot scenes. We were really well taken care of throughout the trip!
To be honest, I was really worried about the outcome of the photos as I was quite chubby (havent lose enough for the photoshoot). A few days after the photoshoot, we went back to Bluebay to choose our photos. The photos turned out really really pretty!!! The angles, scenery and etc were awesome. We were so so happy with the end product that we purchased more photos. Lily, our consultant, was patient with us throughout the selection of photos. We were there for about 5 hours? There are just too many pretty photos!
To sum up, Bluebay really provided the best service I have ever experienced. I have been to several wedding shops in Singapore during my research and none of them have provided such excellent service. I believe that the service made the whole experience different. I strongly recommend Bluebay for their photoshoot!
