Hi all,

Just to share abit of my experience with Thomson.

Coordinator Fiona.

First, we did our PS in May, MUA Marilyn, Dawn is great, Fantastic infact, love the way she can always make us laugh and smile.

When we went for photo selection, Michelle gave us a really good price and package for the many photos we want, plenty of negotiations in between.

Cut the long story short, i was initially unhappy about the first MUA Marilyn, perhaps her 'style' didnt fit what i want.

However, as we signed up initially for 're-shoot if not satisfied' i must say they really keep to their words, couple of days later, they call us back and scheduled for the re-shoot - indoor. and of course, changing to a new MUA Jovin.

The next PS was fantastic. Love Jovin's natural make-up and Dawn again for the PS. The best part is, they even helped me to book Jovin for my actual day despite her already having other appointment. It was a relief as i cannot imagine without Jovin.

Had chosen the new shots and replaced with the old, and they were patient and allow us to slowly choose what we like and replace, without being pushy on selecting even more.

Just waiting to go down again to see the edited shots for the photo album.

Overall, really satisfied with their service till date.

did you choose min 3 photos per 'series'? i was told that need to have minimum 3 photos per series, and so i had to give up quite a few photos i like because it was the lone photo from the 'series'... or otherwise, i had to top up alot of $ for photos which i didn't quite like...
