Hi sshheena, Full Payment? the entire 40 x 1088 x 1.1 x 1.07? or just the final deposit? Usually you will pay a certain deposit for downpayment and final deposit of remaining 50% 1 month before your wedding. It is all black and white. Take out your contract and check. it is written very clearly. they should not violate any clause in the contract.

Nobody seems to have mentioned anything about tardy responses / or a lack of responses from the MBS wedding planners/coordinators that is.

Initially mailed MBS through the wedding celebrations email contact regarding our preferred dates and request to view the ballrooms. Got a reply fairly quickly informing us of a date that we can go down to view. Emailed back twice to confirm the date of this viewing but got no reply. This was before their wedding show.

Went to the wedding show to view since nobody wanted to entertain us. It was a long queue to even enquire but managed to speak to one of the stuff on site. We were initially given the contact of the same person who contacted us . Didn't want to shoot emails off for nothing again so requested and got another email contact of another wedding planner. We were advised to mail him to liaise further. We have done so two weeks ago, no reply yet again...

Has anyone had a similar experience?

I am planning to book my banquet and ROM with MBS for 2013. However, I heard about bad reviews on their service and food. So far the coordinator had been very slow and insincere in her replies. Could you share your experience of working with them and photos of your wedding and ROM? My email's luvpj203@yahoo.com.sg.

Can you pls share, when you had your banquet, were there also several other weddings held at the same time as yours? How many tables did you have? Also, how much is the corkage price?

would you please send me the pics you have? i've been down to MBS to check out the garden walk and i've also heard that the garden bridge is nice for solemnization as well!!
