Unless u are going for the Grand Ballroom, otherwise dont even bother. Spoke to coordinator about the decor, despite paying higher prices per table, you are not getting what you deserve. Limited flower decor, ornaments and services

Regent is good only for the ballroom. I actually cancelled my booking (lucky, i have the contract back backed out before signing). Best to see the actual place during a wedding. Regent has a grand ballroom and everything becomes magical in THAT BALLROOM. I was going to use their Nassim room but the whole standard is a world of a difference. The decor is not only limited but PLAIN!! Like 2 banners of white cloth on the celling with 2 balls of flowers and thats all!! No decor for the chairs except for the two VIPs table. I inquired and ask how come it look like this, so different from the picture and their reply was "we used the ballroom photos" the function rooms are different and this is how it will actually look like, sorry. OMG!!!

Ginger, the 2013 quote is out. Just email them ur estimated date & no. of tables. They will email back to u within a day or two.

How many tables are you looking at? Have you seen Tanglin Room, min 16 tables. I ever visited the room before a wedding with Elements of Elegance theme, quite nice.

I'm shortlisting Regent as one of the choice but afraid that smaller rooms will be a great difference from the main ballroom?

Hi girldigit if I am not wrong nassim room can only take up to 12 tables.... if you want to do only 14 tables you have to take tanglin room .... although the min table is 16, you might like to check with the banquet person if you can just top up with more expensive menue or buy more alchol frm them to top up the difference, so tat you can just have 14 tables instead of 16.

Just attended wedding at Regent Hotel and went up to Tanglin Room to bio.. Unfortunately, it looks really narrow and seriously i wasnt too happy with the way they service the food. We had cocktail till 8pm before we can enter the Royal Pavillion ballroom (main ballroom) and serving was really slow..
