Lose weight for my wedding in 1 month?

i had lost 5kg in 1 and 1/2 months.
i took supplements and go for acupuncture..
n have at least 7 hrs of slp..
it's veri important.

i took lunch anf for breakfast and dinner i took supplement. :)

Nini does acupuncture really help? how many times do you go per mth?

Caroline, actually it helps leh.. It build up the metabolism n curb ur appetite.. I went for it twice a week..
Initially afraid cos u know it's needles poking.. Haha but actually.. Not pain at all.. I need to go for 20 times.. N now left with 4 to go..
N results really show.. Frenz tat I din see for a long time actually said I silm down a lot.. But Im targeting to slim down another 3 kg..
I'm from a L size person to M now.. But my HTB said if I managed to slim to S size he will buy me all the clothes I want.. So another 3 kg to go!!

Caroline, how does acupunture works? it's poke wherever you want to slim? or there's some specify plc to poke to slim down the whole bods?

Just quit your day job, join a gym with a ex marine personal trainer and work out 18 hours a day and you will be your ideal weight for the wedding! Trust me....it works!

Just to share.. I just went shopping and my size has dropped from L to M.. Happy....! Nvr managed to squeeze decently in F size - but now is effortless :) I begin to love shopping again. Haa

hahaha i remember the first time that happened ot me too!! very nice right!! adds the motivation to maintain your svelte figure ^_^

wan to see obvious lost of weight in just 3 times of "treatment"?

1) low carbo, high protien.
2) eat around 5 meals a day. eating every 3-4 hours will help ur body not store fats. starvation only causes the body to retain more fats and destroy muscles that help u lose weight..
3) excerise. here's a good excerise that lasts only 10 mins. do star jump or burpees is highly recommanded and very effective. do it in interval of 30 secs. 30 secs do, 30 secs rest. 30 secs do, 30 secs rest. do this for 10 mins until u are ready to die. in 30 secs, u must do it fast and hard. means about 8 burpees for 30 secs. this is called HIIT. high intensive training. running using this is not effective. cycling on the spot is also good.

this excerise increase metabolism that even when u sleep, it;ll burn fat. =) COOL RIGHT!? worked for me, after 3 times, i looked thinner but weighed the same la.. arms not flabby, boobs perkier.. haha

increased metabolism lasts for about 48 hours. and then from there, it will start to decline. so its best to excerise every 2-3 days for just 10 mins.

f 10 mins is too long, start with 5 then slowly work up to 10 mins.

ull ache after the first day and feel like vomitting.. but think of how thin ull become.

meals eat high protien food like eggs, meat. avoid vege that grow underground like potatos as they are high in carbo.

a good indication of how much to eat is a palm size of meat and two handful of vege for our normal meals, then snacks eat fruits and nuts. use a alarm to remind u when to eat. i use it. =) eat a heavy breakfast but light dinner.

i hope this helps for any brides to be. =) if u wan, u can find trainners that are specialized in HIIT, they will be able to advise and help u..

Actually i also plan to do acupuncture slimming, however my mum suggested i go yoga coz my mum's friend regain her weight after she stop acupuncture .

Wow deedee, 3+ still awake? Sleep is also very impt while trying to lose weight. :)

Couldn't emphasis enuff, gals, focus on losing FATs n not just weight. Losing water n muscle can also see weight loss but your weight will definately rebound back with interest.

Hey ladies, why don't you gals try yoga, in particular ashtanga yoga?! I lost 8kg over 6 months with consistent practise of ashtanga and owing plenty to my dedicated and passionate yoga instructor from ohmsantih yoga. It is definitely worth every cent i paid for =) Most importantly, lose weight the right way, so that the weight will not rebound and the weight loss effect will be lasting.

Hi deedee, yes..your mum's fren situation is exact as my best fren's. Now, both myself and her are practising yoga at ohmsantih. recently i went to Adonis to do my facial and my beautician recommend me capsule for detoxification as well as slimming. Im current consuming the pills and hope to see some results soon :) jiayou everyone!!
