Lose weight for my wedding in 1 month?

its either Kellogg or fitness brand. but i think might be bull shit luh. haha. its replace 2 meals with those cornflakes and balance it with fruits inbetween meals. Also, exercise luh. as per normal. it's worth for a try for a short term weight lose. hehe. especially when u need to shed those last few kilos when the day is nearing.

Hi,
To lose weight is easy. But to maintain it or not to bounce back the weight is the key thing.
Will it affect the health if do not have a proper lose weight management.

I actually affect my health when i tried no doing a proper lose weight method.
After an advice from my fren, I follow him and now i lose weight without affect my health.

losing weight does not means that body and visceral fats will be reduced as it may means that water retention have been reduced. My hubby used to have high level of visceral and body fats which put him at higher risk of those health problems. After taking 3 mths weight managment program, both body and visceral fats are reduced and no weight rebound after stopping for past 1 year.

Breakfast - Two Slices of Wholemeal Bread with one layer of margarine + Kopi O
Lunch - Vegie salad and Fruit Juice
Tea Break - Wholemeal Biscuits and Tea O
Dinner - Vegie Salad and Chinese Tea

Hmm.. Actually bubblywee.. It's no good to eat so little food. Our body will go into a starvation mode.. Normally we will of cos lose weight but.. This type of diet will lose your muscle pretty fast. You may like to take note. You can google abt it too.

I'm a qualified consultant.. So I'll always advise my customers to eat n

I'll always advise my customers to eat normally.. High protein n low carbs is a good choice with loads of veg n fruits. But do not eliminate carbs totally from your body. Your body need the energy. Exercise regularly helps keep our body in shape too.

If you find you eat a little but easy to put on weight.... You might have burnt off your muscle previously and your muscle is way too low to help you burn fats.

Do get yourselves measure what's your muscle and fats % before you start off any weight reduction program.

Hi brides, i think this is a v popular topic as well as my favourite topic amongst others. Actually, i'm not that plump. I'm now at 44 kg/155cm. i was 46-47kg 2 mths ago, however i didn't noticed any changes on my appearance after my weight drop.
I more care about my arms and back. I have a slim leg but my arm seem meaty especially at the sideways. How to reduce fat on my arms ??

hey I'm the same too! I'm a bit heavier than you at 50kg/155cm. Now I need to lose a few kgs cos I used to be 46-48kg but sadly I put on weight this year. Any ideas how to get ride of the arm part?

Hi May, i'm currently using the Osim Uzap to tone my arm, i also do other activities like swimming, and do some exercise on my arm. I dunno whether is my weighing machine's problem or i'm slimmer. I just weighed ytd n my weight is 42 kg now. =O If your wedding day still not v close, you may want to try the 2B cream. Apply it while you doing exercise. It will help to burn the fat. But, you will need to see the result after 3 tubes.

hihi...thanks! I SHOULD exercise... now PS is next week. I have tried to eat less but still lacking on exercising. Lost 1 kg but still need about 2-3 kgs more. Jia you to u too! :)

actually its not the problem of eating less... :) EAt more protein food, cut down fatty food. protein fill your stomach so you won't feel hungry. You can go for fats analysis so u know exactly, why... we can't lose weight effectively. :)

To start with, I am taking lots of water to ensure a good detox. And I am currently on a healthy and effective program hoping to lose weight by nov. So far 3 weeks and I lost 3kg :) Best of all I had a body measurement taken and my body fat and visceral fat are both reduced! I was so happy!!! I have tried so many slimming and dieting methods and nothing works before. My friend who introduced me this had lost a total of 12kg in 3 months and best of all, he even had since recovered from his hi blood and hi chloestrol. My other girl firend started hers with me and her hi blood is back to perfect now! I am hoping to dropped a total of 12 kg, with no strict diet(except healthier choice) and no 'must do' exercise regime, I am now quite confident that I will be achieving it :D. Don't mind sharing it,
