Run slowly for an hour everyday in the evening with a long sleeved shirt But please drink water along the way...and cut down your meal portions to half! Although, losing weight in a short period of time is really not good for health physically / mentally in the long term.....

any ways to reduce hips?

Hello meilingg, i have huge hips with spare tyres on both sides. My instructor 'prescribed' me with some dedicated postures and indeed in helped to reduce the spare typres and hence reduce a few inches off my hips. She explained that hip structure is more or less fixed as that is the skeletal outline of our body but u can definitely work on the bouncy fats around the hips. wan to see obvious lost of weight in just 3 times of "treatment"?

1) low carbo, high protien.
2) eat around 5 meals a day. eating every 3-4 hours will help ur body not store fats. starvation only causes the body to retain more fats and destroy muscles that help u lose weight..
3) excerise. here's a good excerise that lasts only 10 mins. do star jump or burpees is highly recommanded and very effective. do it in interval of 30 secs. 30 secs do, 30 secs rest. 30 secs do, 30 secs rest. do this for 10 mins until u are ready to die. in 30 secs, u must do it fast and hard. means about 8 burpees for 30 secs. this is called HIIT. high intensive training. running using this is not effective. cycling on the spot is also good.

this excerise increase metabolism that even when u sleep, it;ll burn fat. =) COOL RIGHT!? worked for me, after 3 times, i looked thinner but weighed the same la.. arms not flabby, boobs perkier.. haha

increased metabolism lasts for about 48 hours. and then from there, it will start to decline. so its best to excerise every 2-3 days for just 10 mins.

f 10 mins is too long, start with 5 then slowly work up to 10 mins.

ull ache after the first day and feel like vomitting.. but think of how thin ull become.

meals eat high protien food like eggs, meat. avoid vege that grow underground like potatos as they are high in carbo.

a good indication of how much to eat is a palm size of meat and two handful of vege for our normal meals, then snacks eat fruits and nuts. use a alarm to remind u when to eat. i use it. =) eat a heavy breakfast but light dinner.

I think its all about balanced diet. I highly wont recommend crash diet. You will end up having a much much worst result or end up piling the extra kgs after everything. My friend managed to lose 8kg in 3 months! By jogging 3-4 times a day, at least 40mins each. She mentioned its not about the speed of the run/distance, its the duration.

She managed to maintain it even now! 6 mths later. So i guess maybe u can give it a try for all BTB!

this is my fat burning programme.

2 x 24hr fast, not back to back. total reduction in weekly calarie is 28%
eat normal portion each meal, lots of veg n meat, reduce white carb. i get to eat butter, animal fat, full cream milk etc...

strenght training involve compound movement such as squat, deadlift, chest press, shoulder press, chin up, horizontal pull. 3 x 5rep. HIIT cardio only which is optional on non-strength training day.

what you see here is not the norm of the industry.

Caroline, actually it helps leh.. It build up the metabolism n curb ur appetite.. I went for it twice a week..
Initially afraid cos u know it's needles poking.. Haha but actually.. Not pain at all.. I need to go for 20 times.. N now left with 4 to go..
N results really show.. Frenz tat I din see for a long time actually said I silm down a lot.. But Im targeting to slim down another 3 kg..
I'm from a L size person to M now.. But my HTB said if I managed to slim to S size he will buy me all the clothes I want.. So another 3 kg to go!!

I think smaller portion size and regular exercise? I dont get to exercise alot due to work, have to work till like 9ish or much much later. So only get to exercise during weekdays or when I'm home early. So reduced portion size really works for me! It might not be immediate, but I can see the results after a week or so (ie. tummy flatter etc)

Oh. I still eat carbs and snack every now and then. Hehe. But I think exercise still helps!

just to tell you guys....i weigh myself today and found i lost 3 kg over 3 week with the intermittent fasting twice a week and i have not started the strengh training yet.
